Is there anything harder than talking about yourself when you’re naturally shy and reserved?

But for those who are curious, I’ll make the effort to introduce myself.

My name is Hedi. I recently turned 30, and I currently live in Paris 🇫🇷
Since my teenage years, I’ve been fascinated by psychology, without realizing it at first. Being highly sensitive by nature, I’ve often struggled with my emotions and my empathy. It’s that very struggle that pushed me to want to understand myself better, to understand the brain, how it works, our emotions, and what they really mean.

Until recently, I worked as a developer. But I made the decision to leave my job and fully commit to a new adventure: Mister Beav.
This project started with a simple realization. I noticed that I was able to help the people around me better understand their emotions, especially when they were going through tough times, and guide them toward feeling better.

That’s when I started asking myself: how many people are going through the same things in silence? And could I help them too?

So I decided to bring together three of my passions: technology, writing, and psychology, to help, but more importantly, to share knowledge and make psychology more accessible to everyone through Mister Beav.
